At Mrs Pink Pig Creation, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

Returns or refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
